Before graduating from college I had the opportunity to intern with Google as a Software Engineer. While I cannot disclose the full details of my work, here are some brief summaries.
SUMMER 2014
As an Engineering Practicum Intern, I worked on the Google Ads team in New York to create a platform for aggregation of project updates from various Google tools. The goal of the project was to create a single website where Google engineers could see the status of their current projects in the production pipeline, and view any new tasks given to them.
SUMMER 2015
As a Software Engineering Intern, I worked on the Google Maps Mobile team in New York to add a new feature to the Android Maps application. I worked closely with a Project Manager Intern during the design and user testing phases, and then implemented the end-to-end functionality.
